Well I got the thing, but I’m stuck!
So you have a CRM. Dubsado, Honeybook, 17hats….a spreadsheet is currently your CRM? You’ve either bought a CRM, looked at it once and are like nope nope nope this is confusing I don’t have the time for this…or you don’t have one yet and you’re about to pull every hair out of your body because you know there’s an easier way where you don’t have 5 calendars, multiple texts coming at you and emails, and Facebook messages.

Set up Tasks for each client to never miss an email or deadline again
Have clients look at your calendar and book a session, without having to go back and forth for a session time and date (this is AMAZING for mini-sessions)
Add and Set up contracts to send and have the client sign and pay their retainer IMMEDIATELY before the session (no more chasing for money owed!)
Set up brochures / guides to clients before the session even happens and also send clients a place to leave you a raving review AFTER your session…automatically! Give your clients that luxurious experience!

My initial setup fee is $350 and includes:
Integrating current system (even if it’s an excel spreadsheet) to your CRM
Set up of Lead Capture form on Website to start your workflow
Adding ALL contracts / brochures / guides into your CRM
Setting up canned emails to make the process of responding to clients quick and easy, and still allow you to customize it to make it personal to each client
Set up of one proposal with a contract included so you can see the ease of use of these and customize them to your specific product/ service you offer
3 months of additional time with me to answer any questions, provide help when need be so I don’t just set it up and say “see ya” I’m here to help YOU get familiar with your own system so you can take off and do this all on your own!
